Partners In Procurement is a public sector procurement advisory practice. We run procurement files for public buyers at every level of government: federal departments and agencies, Crown corporations, provinces and territories, and municipalities, in any commodity. We also help suppliers answer solicitations from any of them. Services are offered in English and French.
We do not only advise. We execute. You make the decisions.

Procurement leads and program leads hire the practice to run a file: strategy, complex procurement, statements of work, evaluation grids, Treasury Board submissions, agile procurement, and governance.
The buyer can be a federal department or agency, a Crown corporation, a province or territory, or a municipality. The commodity can be information technology, professional services, construction, goods, or something else.
Businesses hire the practice to respond to a public-sector solicitation: bid strategy, a close reading of the documents, writing or reviewing the proposal, a compliance check, and submission when the supplier needs it. The supplier still signs off on the final bid.
